What happened
One agent reply spends up to 3,000 credits by default, and the first step of this request costs more than that on its own. It appears before anything is charged.
What to do
Ask for one channel, or a shorter time range — “what did #launch decide yesterday?” rather than the whole server at once. An admin can also raise the per-member limit with /admin limits.
